We’re proud to introduce Coach Jey-son Edwards, Director of Colts Prep Women’s Basketball, as the leader of our dynamic and evolving program. With over 20 years of experience as a visionary coach, elite shooting instructor, and builder of high-performance systems, Coach Jey-son brings a deep commitment to player development, team culture, and long-term growth. His coaching résumé spans every level—from grassroots to U SPORTS—making him one of the most respected and trusted names in Canadian basketball.
As the Founder of Four Point Basketball, Jey-son has helped thousands of athletes across the country refine their skills and confidence through innovative programming, elite instruction, and a holistic approach to development. He’s worked with NBA prospects, NCAA athletes, U SPORTS and CCAA players, and top-tier high school programs—earning national recognition as a go-to shooting coach and mentor. More than just a coach, Jey-son is a communicator, a culture-setter, and a passionate advocate for helping athletes become the best version of themselves—on and off the court.
Jr Head Coach: Devin Johnson
Coach Dévin — the new Head Coach of the Colts Prep Senior Women’s Program
With a proven high-performance background and a passion for developing elite athletes, Coach Dévin brings the total package. A former professional player and Eurasian League MVP, he competed internationally across Europe and Asia. At the University of Toronto, he scored over 1,200 points and earned 3× OUA All-Star honors — placing top 3 in program history.
Now, he’s applying that same standard of excellence to the next generation. As Director of Training at @fourpointbasketball and @crafted6ydev , Dévin has helped shape top-tier talent from middle school to college prep levels.
Beyond the résumé, Coach Dévin is a true leader. As a former U of T team captain, he leads with character, communication, and integrity — all traits he’ll bring to Colts Prep. His coaching style is built on structure, discipline, and high expectations, with a focus on game reads, situational awareness, and readiness for post-secondary play.
With a global recruiting network and an eye for talent, Coach Dévin is more than just a coach — he’s a builder of programs and futures.
